About Portside Square
Portside Square is Ellington's waterfront release at Mina Rashid, offering apartments and penthouses beside the marina promenade. Mina Rashid is Dubai's original port, now rebuilt as a residential waterfront around a yacht marina, the Queen Elizabeth 2 and a landscaped boardwalk — and it sits closer to Downtown Dubai and the airport than almost any other waterfront district in the city. Ellington's penthouse product in particular tends to be tightly limited, which is where the scarcity argument lives. Current pricing, floor plans and payment terms are released to registered buyers; send an enquiry to receive the live list.
